  • Q What is the payment term?

    A  T/T payment term, normally is 30% deposit after placing PO, and 70% at the copy of BOL After we receive the balance of payment, we would send 

  • Q What is the sampling lead time and sampling fee?

    A Normally sampling lead time is 5-7 days, sampling fee is triple of the unit price.

  • Q What's the shipping way?

    A For small order or in urgent need, we can send by Air or Express, for large quantity, we will ship them by sea, it depends on your decision.

  • Q Can you make a design for me?

    A We have experienced designers, according to your requirements, we can add your company logo, website, phone number or any of your ideas on the products or on the box. Just tell me your ideas, we will do it for you.
     

  • Q Can you do OEM?

    A We accept all OEM orders, just give us your design, we will make samples for you soon.
